Yesterday, Major General Sergei Marchuk of Russia visited General Muhoozi Kainerugaba at the Special Forces Command Headquarters in Entebbe. During the meeting, they discussed military matters and explored potential areas for cooperation. General Kainerugaba expressed appreciation for the Russian experts’ support for the Ugandan military.

Yesterday, a delegation of Russian military experts led by Major General Sergei Marchuk, visited General Muhoozi Kainerugaba, Chief of Defence Forces and Senior Presidential Advisor for Special Operations, at the Special Forces Command (SFC) Headquarters in Entebbe.

General Kainerugaba warmly welcomed Maj. Gen. Marchuk, who was recently posted to Uganda, along with his delegation, and expressed his gratitude for their visit.

During the meeting, the General and the Russian experts engaged in discussions on various military matters of mutual interest, exploring opportunities for cooperation and collaboration.

The CDF expressed his gratitude to the Russian experts for their strong support for the UPDF.
