President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, yesterday 15^th May 2023 received a special message from his counterpart, H.E. Salva Kiir of South Sudan. The message was conveyed by Hon. Dr. Benjamin Bol Mel Kuol, the Special Envoy of President Salva Kiir, at Baralegi State Lodge in Okwang Sub-County, Otuke District. The Special Envoy was accompanied by H.E. Simon Juach Deng, the Ambassador of South Sudan to Uganda, along with other officials.

On Monday 15^th May 2023 President Yoweri Museveni received a special greeting from his South Sudanese counterpart, H.E. Salva Kiir.

The message was conveyed by the Special Envoy of President Salva Kiir, Hon. Dr. Benjamin Bol Mel Kuol, at the Baralegi State Lodge in Okwang Sub-County, Otuke District.

Among others, the Special Envoy was accompanied by H.E. Simon Juach Deng, the South Sudanese ambassador to Uganda.
