Uganda Gears Up for a Spectacular Aviation and Tourism Showcase: East African Airshow December 2024

The inaugural East African Airshow, to be hosted by Uganda from December 5th to 7th, 2024 in Entebbe, promises an exhilarating five-day celebration. This event will bring together aviation enthusiasts, industry leaders, and travelers from across East Africa.

The first East African Air show, which Uganda will host, is rapidly approaching. The five days from 5th to the 7th of December 2024. When Entebbe will host the event, are expected to be filled with passion and excitement.

The East African Air show will bring together aviation enthusiasts, business leaders, elected officials, and travellers from all around East Africa and beyond. This extraordinary event aims to expand aviation’s potential and motivate the following generation of leaders in the aviation and tourism industries.

Professionals in the aviation and tourist sectors can use the event as a forum to have fruitful conversations, consider novel ideas, and establish contacts that will advance their fields.

“The event celebrates the seamless fusion of aviation and tourism by highlighting the natural beauty, cultural heritage, and wildlife wonders of East Africa,” a representative said.

The MK Movement, the Uganda Civil Aviation Authority, Airspace Africa, and Aviator Africa are the groups behind the organisation of the East African Airshow.

“The event’s spectacular programme features breath-taking formations, mind-blowing aerobatics, and exhilarating aerial shows with state-of-the-art aircraft. Beyond the sky, the airshow offers a rich variety of activities, such as a thorough business conference, engaging displays, a job expo, and a glitzy aviation and tourism awards gala supper, according to a statement from the event’s organisers.

According to officials, this much anticipated event promises to be a magnificent display of aviation expertise, cutting-edge technologies, and the seamless integration of aviation and tourism, all set against the breath-taking scenery of Uganda.

“The effects of the East African Airshow go well beyond the actual event days. The airshow is devoted to fostering the next generation of aviation and tourism leaders by placing a special emphasis on youth participation and career development. The purpose of the event is to inspire hopes and dreams that will influence the course of East Africa’s progress by highlighting the untapped potential of these industries.

A lottery for the public to win flights and aviation scholarships, a project of the MK Movement, will be a part of the event’s CSR activity.
